How much is the installation fee?

The Installation fee is Php 3,000.00 (One Time Charge - VAT Inclusive)

What if I need the Internet connection the same day I signed up and settled payment?
Can it be installed that same day as an urgent requirement?

We schedule installations based on a first- come-first-served basis. Our turnaround time is 5-7 working days. Exceptional cases are subject to management approval.

Do you have a contract? If yes, how many months?

36 months (3 years)

What if I am not satisfied with your service and I want to cut it as soon as possible. Do I need to pay the remaining months?

A termination request will be accommodated at no additional cost if we are unable to meet the guaranteed service levels as stipulated in your application form.

Do you send billing statements?

We send billing statements/invoices through SMS and email.
Hard copies of the billing statement may be provided by the LUDECO office for walk-in customers.

What is the maximum number of gadgets per plan?

Plan 1500 – 3 recommended users/devices
Plan 2500 – 5 recommended users/devices
Plan 3500 – 10 recommended users/devices

Do you have freebies?

No, we don’t give out freebies.

What if I subscribe the speed of 50mbps, can I downgrade it afterwards?

Once you subscribe to a higher plan, a downgrade may only be done after the contract period ends.
